Then, head to Midgard's Lake of Nine and travel south-west of Tyr's Temple. Look for a large icy wall with a yellow wind vent or a glowing spot in the middle, which denotes a destructible environment. Use your new tool or the Draupnir Spear to break through the ice and access a small crevice. Inside, you will find the Mystical Heirloom Relic on the floor next to a dead dwarf.
Once you have the Relic, equip it in your Relic slot and activate it by pressing L1+Circle on your controller. This will have no effect unless you are near one of the Troll statues. The closest Troll to awaken is at the Derelict Outpost, west of the Lake of Nine. Cross the first gap after climbing up to enter the ruins, and you will find the giant troll statue. There are a total of four different Sleeping Trolls, with two of them in the same location.
In addition to waking Trolls, the Mystical Heirloom can also be used to awaken a petrified dragon statue on Dragon Beach in Svartalfheim. This dragon, known as The Everlasting, will provide materials for the Dragon-Scaled armour set upon defeating it. Defeating the Trolls will earn you Slumber Stones, a unique resource used to craft the powerful Steinbjorn Armor set, which allows you to stun enemies and heal yourself when taking damage.

Finding and defeating Golrab of the Ashes
To find and defeat Golrab of the Ashes, you must first locate them in Vanaheim. From the Mystic Gateway at Freyr's Camp, near River Delta, navigate the river and keep to the left. Once you arrive in Noatun's Garden, you will find Golrab of the Ashes and Golrab of the Frost.
Before engaging in the fight, make sure to clear the area of any other enemies. These two trolls will attack you simultaneously, so it is best to focus on one troll at a time while avoiding the attacks of the other. The Golrabs will try to blind you by throwing dirt and have a powerful move indicated by a red ring around their torso, after which they will charge and slam their pillar down. This attack cannot be blocked, interrupted, or parried, so you must dodge it. If your vision becomes obscured, try to back away and keep your distance until your vision clears.
The Golrabs are slow and not very intelligent, so you should be able to manage them with some careful dodging and blocking. They rely heavily on the pillars they carry, which they will use to try and knock you out. You will have enough time between their attacks to damage them.

How to craft the Steinbjorn armour set
