In the video game Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep, recipes are not required for command melding but show the outcome of the commands to be melded. Recipes are not required for Command Meld
Recipes in Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep are not required for Command Melding. They are simply there to help you know the result of a meld. For example, if you're melding Blizzard with Quick Blitz without a recipe, the result will be shown as "???"; but if you have the recipe, the outcome will be shown as "Blizzard Blade".
Additionally, there is no limit to how many commands you can meld, provided you have the required materials. Each recipe may yield an ability that follows a certain pattern. There are currently 16 known patterns. For instance, if you want to meld Sonic Blade by melding Blitz and Air Slide, you need to buy another Air Slide before being able to use your maxed Air Slide as an ingredient.

Ice cream recipes
To obtain the ingredients for these recipes, players must defeat Prize Pots (also known as Prize Pods), which are harmless, flying purple pot-like enemies that spawn in specific locations. These rare Unversed drop the special food items and spices needed for ice cream creation, such as Pixy Pepper and Toon Curry from Disney Town, and Soy Milk from Radiant Garden. It is recommended to collect at least 20 of each ingredient to ensure you can make every kind of ice cream.
Once you have the required ingredients, you can turn them in to Huey Duck at the Ice Cream Shop in Disney Town. He will take all your ingredients and prepare the new flavours for you automatically. Break Time attack command
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Break Time is an Advanced Attack Command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck. It has a maximum level of 4 and a normal reload time of 20 seconds. Terra, Ventus, and Aqua can create Break Time through Command Melding, which involves fully levelling up commands and combining them to gain new abilities.
To use Break Time, the player must press a button when prompted, which will refill the HP and Focus Gauges. The amount of HP and Focus Points recovered depends on the rating received for the button press. A "Good" rating recovers a normal amount, an "Excellent" rating earns double, and a "Too Slow" or "Too Fast" rating earns half. The Item Boost ability increases the effect when equipped.
