
Setting up a sleep schedule on your iPhone can help you sleep better. You can set up your entire routine in the Health app. To set up a sleep schedule, launch the Health app from your Home Screen and tap the Browse tab. Tap Sleep, then tap Sleep Schedule. Tap the days of the week you don't want this Sleep Schedule to affect, set your bedtime and wake-up time, and choose your alarm options. Changing your sleep goal
Now, you should see a Your Schedule section. Tap on Full Schedule & Options and then Sleep Goal. You can then adjust the amount of time you want for your sleep goal. It's important to note that changing your sleep goal will not automatically change your sleep schedule or wake-up alarm. It is only used for tracking which nights you met your goal and which nights you didn't.
You can also make temporary changes to your sleep goal. In the Health app's Sleep menu, scroll down to Your Schedule. Here, you should see your Next Schedule. Tap the Edit link to make a temporary change to your next Wake Up alarm. In the Clock app, tap the Alarm tab, and you should see the Bed icon next to the Sleep | Wake Up alarm. Tap the Change button, and then drag the bed and alarm icons on the slider to your new times. Tap Done to save the changes.
If you want to make a permanent change to your sleep goal, tap on Full Schedule and then tap on the schedule you want to edit. You can then adjust your sleep goal accordingly.

Setting up Sleep Focus mode
To change your sleep schedule, tap Open Sleep in Health. You can adjust your bedtimes, wake-up times, and alarm options for your entire sleep schedule or just your next schedule. You can also turn off alarms for all sleep schedules or just your next scheduled wake-up time.
To set up a recurring sleep schedule, tap Browse at the bottom right, then tap Sleep. Scroll down to Your Schedule, then tap Full Schedule & Options. Tap Set Your First Schedule, then select your options. Tap the days for your schedule at the top of the screen to add or remove them.
You can also make a temporary edit to your next wake-up alarm. In the Health app's Sleep menu, scroll down to Your Schedule. Tap the blue Edit link to make a temporary change for your next Wake Up alarm only. In the Clock app, tap the Alarm tab. Tap the Change button on the right. Drag the bed and alarm icons on the slider to your new times, and tap Done in the top right-hand corner.
You can also enable Sleep Focus mode by going to Settings > Focus on your iPhone. If you enable Sleep Focus, you can edit which people and apps are able to contact you, as well as edit your homescreen and lock screen. You can also link a specific Lock Screen or Home Screen page.

Adjusting your bedtime and wake-up time
If you've never set up a sleep schedule before, tap Sleep Schedule under the "Your Schedule" header, then tap the Sleep Schedule On/Off switch. The switch will turn green when it's on. Tap Set Your First Schedule. You can then select which days of the week you don't want this sleep schedule to affect. By default, all days are selected.
To adjust your bedtime and wake-up time, tap and drag the bed and alarm icons on the slider to your new times. You can also drag the semicircle between the icons to shift both times simultaneously. You can also make a temporary edit by tapping the blue Edit link to change your next Wake Up alarm only.
Once you've set up your initial schedule, you can then add as many sleep schedules as you need. To create additional sleep schedules, scroll down to the Your Schedule section. Tap Full Schedule & Options. Under the Full Schedule heading, scroll down and tap Add Schedule. Select which days you want the schedule to be active. Move the Bedtime and Wake up slider to the appropriate hours.
You can also change your next Wake Up alarm from the Clock app. Open the Health app and tap Sleep. Tap a schedule in Full Schedule & Options. Tap Edit under the schedule you would like to update.

Turning on/off your sleep schedule
To turn on your sleep schedule, you can set up a Sleep Focus mode. Go to Settings > Focus on your iPhone and enable Sleep Focus. You can then edit which people and apps are able to contact you, as well as edit your lock screen and home screen.

Deleting a sleep schedule
First, open the Health app on your iPhone. This is where you can create, change, and delete your sleep schedules to help you meet your sleep goals. Once the Health app is open, tap on "Browse" at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Next, tap on "Sleep." This will open up the Sleep menu, where you can view and manage your sleep-related settings and schedules. Scroll down until you see the section titled "Your Schedule." Here, you will find your current and upcoming sleep schedules.
To delete a sleep schedule, tap on "Edit" below "Next." This will allow you to make changes to your sleep schedule, including deleting it.
