Setting up a sleep schedule
Step 1: Open the Health App

Adjusting wind-down and sleep goals
To adjust your wind-down and sleep goals on the Health app, you must first open the app on your iPhone and tap "Browse" at the bottom of the screen. Then, tap "Sleep". If you have previously saved Sleep to your Favorites list, you can access it from the Summary page in the Health app.

Viewing sleep history
To view your sleep history on an iPhone or iPad, open the Health app. If you're using an iPhone, tap "Browse" at the bottom of the screen. If you're on an iPad, tap the sidebar on the left to open it. From there, tap "Sleep". If you've saved Sleep as a favourite, you can access it from the Summary page in the Health app.
The bar graph is set to "D" for daily by default. Tap "W" at the top of the chart to view your sleep history for the past week, "M" for the past month, or "6M" for the past 6 months. You can also tap "Show More Sleep Data" and select a category to review additional sleep details. This includes the time and percentage you spent awake or in REM, Core, or Deep sleep. You can also view your Sleep Duration details, such as your Sleep Goal and Time Asleep.
If you use an Apple Watch, you can also open the Sleep app to see the amount of sleep you got the night before, as well as the time spent in each sleep stage and your sleep average over the last 14 days.
For Google Fit users, you can sync your data from your sleep-tracking app into Google Fit and find your sleep charts. On your phone, open Google Fit. To set up Sleep Focus on your iPhone, you must first open the Health app. From there, tap 'Browse' at the bottom of the screen and then tap 'Sleep'.
If it is your first time accessing the Sleep settings, tap 'Get Started' to set up your Sleep Schedule. You can then set the number of hours you would like to spend asleep and your desired bedtime and wake-up times.

To sync your sleep data with the SleepWatch app, you will need to ensure that all buttons shown under 'Sleep Watch' are enabled and show as bright green.
